In June 2020, Christopher Okworu took over Ingrave Pharmacy and significantly expanded what we offer. Christopher is a qualified Independent Prescriber with specialist interests in travel medicine, weight management, antibiotic prescribing, and other immediate health needs.
His clinical background shapes how the pharmacy is run. Decisions are made by a prescriber, not a dispensing counter. That means faster access to treatment, clinical oversight of private services, and a pharmacy that can genuinely assess and manage your health needs on site.

We dispense NHS prescriptions with delivery options. We also provide NHS Pharmacy First services for common conditions like sore throat, earache, and urinary tract infections. Blood pressure checks are included.
Our travel clinic in Essex is complete. We are a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, authorized to administer vaccines and issue required travel certificates.
Our clinic is prescriber-led, offering options like Mounjaro, Saxenda, Mysimba, and Orlistat. Treatments are based on clinical assessment, with eligibility and monitoring managed by our Independent Prescriber.
We also provide a range of private treatments, including HPV vaccination, chickenpox vaccination, period delay, and flu and Covid vaccinations for both NHS-eligible and private patients.
